Hey all -

I've made a couple of 'help me!!' posts in the 5 days I've had my new ride, but haven't introduced myself! ;-) I'm an enthusiast from Seattle: brand new... Bought a Genuine Buddy 170i in June: my first two-wheeled ride, though I'd wanted a scooter for years. And I still love that little Beastie (I call him Gilligan, since he's a lil' Buddy), and it's great for riding in town... but I've itched to go farther -- so many great rides across WA state... and when I've really pushed it, Gilligan's limitations shone through. So I got a good deal on a 2013 Majesty, with relatively low mileage and in the last few days already put a few hundred miles on it. Gilligan may get jealous...

I guess my Maj is Skipper?

Anyway, I hope to slowly over time mod it up some. I've already done the cupholder mod, it already has a Givi windshield, I've ordered a topcase/bracket (Givi V46), would LOVE to add sound to the turn signals... and at some point, I'd like to redo the seats, because I personally don't like the dark, dark grey/light tan combo. But she's a beaut and while a little sluggish off the line, really sings once we're in second gear and up. Love my new ride!

See you all on the forums and hopefully on the road! <motorcycle wave>

Welcome to the Forum!

Bought a 2007 Majesty 400cc in June, and it's a fun ride. Have any photos of yours?

Congrats on your majesty .I have a 2005 and love riding it on longer trips.I am buying a air hawk seat as I find it uncomfortable after 150 miles.I'm also looking at a genuine buddy 125 for local runs.welcome to the forum

Thanks!

rocky69, would love to hear how that air hawk seat works out for you as I've noticed a little of that discomfort after longer rides.

woymech... hoping to get some good shots this week. Just washed/cleaned the bike including lots of built up grime on the back wheel frame so it's about as sparkly as it'll get...

Hi All! I also have a '05 Majesty 400 and love it--especially since I put on an Airhawk 2. Makes a huge difference in comfort and well worth it. Also, I installed a headlight modulator which lets people see you more easily. I sold my Kymco People 150 because it didn't have quite enough "oomph" for long distance hauls. Really happy with my Majesty!

@ a2dmusic...

Nice looking scoot. Ours is a silver 2007, bought in June, with some right side cosmetic damage ( prev owner's wife laid it down). Will fix it after my ladyfriend has some more experience and during the winter "break." I bet she'd like that blue on yours!
