Nice shade of blue! It also looks like it will be coming stock with the "Comfort Saddle" that I had to order from Europe since it wasn't available before in the US.

I just wonder why almost all the scooters come with seats so high you need a stepladder to climb on them? They can make them lower as the 400 Bergman is quite a bit less. Of course after I sat on my Majesty for a few years it did get lower. A lower seat will give you a lower center of gravity & have the same effect as raising the windshield. Which raises the question of why the windshields are so low? My biggest concern with the windshield is not the wind but protection from thrown up road debris..

I suspect the reason is to give the scooter more storage capacity beneath the saddle. Also, note that the larger than standard wheel size on the XMAX (compared to the little donut wheels on "traditional" scooters) adds to the height as well as cornering clearance. All of that is far more important to me than having a low seat.

The XMAX is so light weight that the seat height isn't really an issue for me anyway. As long as I can get one leg down solidly flat foot I'm fine. It's the same for my 850 lbs K1200LT with the extra-thick "comfort saddle" too.
