I disagree with the rankings. From a practical standpoint (and scooters are nothing if not practical vehicles) the XMAX beats the winner nine ways to Sunday. More power, higher speed, more cargo capacity, highway capable and less expensive. Other than the Vespa name, what does the winning entry have to offer???
