The CVT seems to be stuck in high gear.
I've replaced the rollers and belt.
the Belt seems to get stuck in the rear sheave and stays in high gear.
All visable parts seem to work.
Therefore, I don't get full power of the bike on take off, up a hill or on the highway.
I'm taking it in for a diagnosis....any ideas beforehand?

Did you take the clutch apart and service it, and add a lot of new grease? And did you replace the variator guides? If the clutch is not acting correctly, it's usually from lack of lubrication. Most people have no idea that you are supposed to just about fill up the center of the clutch with grease when you service it, and just dab a bit on the rollers. Over time, this causes the parts to wear prematurely.
