About a year ago my Maj would sort of cut out power when I was ascending hills. It was definitely a fuel problem. A little later on a check engine light came on and it has stayed on. No shop has determined why. Now, with 120lb of pressure in the cylinder the bike is really weak on power when launching from a stop and slows to a crawuphilll when going up hills. Anyone ever had this happen? If it has do you have a change I could make to it? My gut feeling is a clogged fuel filter but the Majesty doesn't have one.

I don't consider 120# good compression. All of mine were @180-220#, depending on the tester. How many miles? Have you done a valve check? Do a leakdown test. If you think it's fuel related, Is your tank clean? I hate to say this but there is a screen on the pick up on the bottom of the fuel pump that could be partial clogged. How to access fault codes and what they mean are covered in the service manual. They should at least point you in the right direction.
