Well, I got to meet another great person on the twin boards! David (Indiana99) and his brand new Majesty pulled up into the parking lot and I knew I had a great local riding partner. I shook his hand, and we began talking about the bikes. He has a nice tall aftermarket shield and very comfortable aftermaket seat with a very nice high backrest. On the seat was a beaded pad that added to the comfort. He also had a top case with a Yamaha symbol on it, but it looked like a GIVI to me, same key setup and all. We were in his territory there in West Lafayette, so David took the lead through the western part of Tippecanoe county. It's so green and so much cooler going through the county roads. He led us through some real nice sweeps and a couple of twisties! I was having a blast with the radio blasting the oldies and riding through the sweeps!! We came up on a long stretch of straight road (NO, in Indiana, imagine that!) David hit the throttle hard and almost left me, I had to hit the power button to catch him!! Then we had 'em side by side going full throttle....we were going *&^%^&*( and loving it! We turned it around on the straight road and started at about 40 and gunned it and he left me each time, even with the power button once. The Majesty is a great bike with excellent pickup and a throaty sound that reminded me of my Horsey (Burgman 400 that I traded in for my 650)! We ended up at the edge of both towns (Lafayette & West Lafayette) and chatted a little while longer before saying until next time. I left having met a nother 2 wheeled brother, whom I can't wait to ride with again!! It was a great time!!

Please, please, please, find out what kind of seat he had for me.
Also was the power button something you added or something I haven't discovered yet.

He probably souped his up that's why he wanted to gun it.

The power button is on the Burgman 650, which I now own since April. It gives instant gear ratio lowering for Harley passing and the like.... :D

Look at my signature Pam... :)
