I bought my '05 Majesty from the dealer on the 30th of April this year. (Yep, I can't believe they still had an '05 left either.) And the faster blue one too! So far, I just can't keep from smiling.
It has been close to 20 years since I have ridden anything other then a 4 wheeler on jeep roads in Colorado with family, so getting back into motorcycling has been long over due. I hadn't even renewed my motorcycle endorsement when I moved to California. But I found that I was missing it so much that I finally made the decision to get back on two wheels. I got a permit, took the MSF class to get my sea legs back...er...motorcycle legs back I should say. I passed, moved from permit to license and every day I ride I get more confidence and skill. I even convinced my partner to try motorcycling and she took the MSF class with me, and fell in love with riding. We then picked up a 250 Honda Rebel for her and now she is talking about moving up to a Majesty in a few months when she gets some more miles under her belt.
I'm glad I have discovered some great forums with really amazing people and have learned a lot over the last few months.
For those in the SF Bay Area, I hope to see you on the roads!
Be safe,
Christie Ross
