Honda Reflex

Hi,
I have another scooter, a Reflex. It is a great scooter , easy to handle, just a tad shy on the top end, but what do you want from a 250CC that gets 65 plus MPG.
The disadvantage of the Reflex is that in freeway traffic it is sometimes impossible to accelerate out of a bad spot, other than that it is near perfect . The linked ABS brakesmake it a sure stopper in most situations.
Unfortunately I will have to sell it sometime soon as there is only one parking spot here at the apartment.

Hi let me know if ya lookin to sell I,m in NJ dont know how far you are.

Ron
he couldn't be further away and still be in the USA.

I too have a Reflex and love it.
Add me to the list of Reflex owners. It was my first maxiscooter, bought back in April 2001. Moved to a Burgman 650 in April 2003, because the 'Flex was a bit lacking in the two-up touring department. Kept it as a runabout instead of selling it, then my wife learned to ride it in 2004. Now we both tour one-up.

Of course, now my wife's thinking about moving to a 400cc maxiscooter... :D

Have you k-modded the variator? 20-50mph greatly improved

I too have a reflex and love it. (Lg rollers removed.) I have it on the x-way about as often as I have my Concours (not often) and I'm just as bored!
Reflex, Maj, Burg, Swing, Goldwing etc... the x-way is avoided whenever possible. It's dangerous and Boreing. I only go there if I have too.
I know sometimes you only have a couple of hours to ride and don't want to spend them negotiating traffic lights so you hit the hiway. It's then that I jump on flat out @ 75-80mph depending on the hill to get to the nice roads.
It's interesting @ 75mph depending on the day sometimes I'm in the passing lane...passing. Sometimes @ 75mph I'm in the first lane being passed.
I stay out of the middle lane.
