A related question is is anyone able to use the Majesty's maximum horsepower? I have found it impossible to get the rev's up anywhere near the red line - which is 8,200rpm. Usually engine make their maximum horsepower at 90-95% of redline which would be 7,400-7,800 rpm. I can't achieve this at all - and I have lowered my variator weights.
Has anyone come close to the redline? If so, can you give your approximate weight and what size variator weights and what variator you use?

the closest i have ever been to the redline was about 7100 - 7200 rpm.
was doing 140 km/h (83 Mph) at the time.

stock variator/stock weights. im aprox 180 lbs.

also it should be noted that max hp and max torque are two different things.

torque is what gets you going, horse power keeps you going.
max torque on any given engine is usually at a lot lower rpm than max hp.

anyone here know where the majesty 400 makes max torque ?
