Ignition switch

Am I the only one who feels I have to almost stand on my head to get the key into the ignition switch? Especially in the dark. There has to be a more convient place for it.

I find it to be somewhat annoying, but not a real problem. It seems hidden from natural view, and I have a bit of trouble getting the key to go right in about 40% of the time.
I attatched a little sqeeze tipe flashlight to my keys and just light it up for a second then the glow in the dark ring glows! Makes it easier to find the key hole at night!!!

on my old honda ch250 scooter, honda had a really good idea.

if you pressed the horn button with the ignition switched off, a small light mounted above the ignition switch would illuminate. brilliant idea, and that was on a 20 year old scooter !

It would be nice if the glow light came on when you were fiddling to get it in!

Now, enough about my wife
Leave it in 24/7 and it's easy to find. I always do that at the house, as it's annoying in the dark at 1am. Only downside, is when I forget the key's in it and look for it for awhile...

Another downside is once this becomes a habit you may forget to remove it when you are out and about... only to return to an empty parking space!
