Last friday I bought an 07 with 525 miles on it.

I called my state farm agent yesterday to switch my existing policy to the Majesty. It was $204 for yearly coverage.

Try Foremost. I was with Geico, paying $225 a year for full coverage here in VA. This year they decided to raise my rate to $291 (no tickets, etc--no reason for the increase) so I decided that was a load of crap. So I started shopping around. Foremost gave me better coverage for $107 a year. Make sure you call Foremost direct (rather than go through an agent) to avoid agent fees.

Was AIG but they doubled the rate on the renewal notice I just got.
I went with Progressive. $104/yr. $500 Ded. 62 yrs old, no accidents or tckts in past 3 yrs.

But I have a medical bills rider of $20,000 since my health insurance policy doesn't cover me on the bike. How unfair.

For anyone in the Seattle area check out Ride West BMW--they are agents for GMAC. I have 3 bikes insures thru them full coverage except for medical for $190 a year--$50 2007 Majesty, $50 2005 800 Vulcan and $90 1988 NX650.

This includes my wife and I both insured on all three---we're in the 55-60 year age group and I do have one current speeding ticket.

I pay a little over $600 for full coverage (12 months) for my 09 Majesty. I am 57 and have a clean driving record. I paid $67 for a full year when I had the Motofino 125. Of course this was not for full coverage, but just for the necessary stuff.

I went shopping this afternoon. when I bought the 07 majesty I had it put on the dairlyland policy in place of the bandit 1200cc with min state coverage. today i got 3 prices from dairyland, progressive, and shelter. I now have full coverage 200 deductible for $116 and $84 every thing but comp on my 83 riva180, and $34 for minimum on the chinese150. all for a 1 year policy. I am a happy camper that just ordered a gps to mount on majesty with what I saved and still got lots of money left in savings. Sure will be nice not to have to worry about parking away from home and coming out of store to find my ride gone. full coverage on a crotch rocket just about requires you to mortgage your home to buy it. john

I don't remember the exact numbers, but the last time I price shopped insurance, both my Majesty and my Vino125 came out significantly cheaper through esurance than anywhere else.

I'm a 25 year old male with no tickets and both bikes are garage kept, for what it's worth.

Cost for the joy of riding 340 days of the year in paradise: priceless
