Hello, everyone. I spent quite a bit of time here after buying a used 2007 Majesty for my girlfriend.

Still have the Majesty even though gf and I parted ways. I enjoy riding it very much, but the OEM rear shocks seem a bit "mushy"...(they are the non-adjustable type)

Does anyone know of aftermarket replacements and where to buy a set?

All of the Majesty shocks from 2008 and up are adjustable. Prior to that, they aren't. I have an adjustable set that came off of an '08 (10K miles)available, if you want stock ones. You may find them at a dismantler, too.
Good to see you back here!

Hail and well met!

I kinda fell off riding much through 2020. Living in Colorado Springs, I hated city riding...ah, the casual rudeness of city folk translates into their driving habits. I've since moved back to my home state of Wyoming.

I took the Maj on my ABATE Club's "Lost Brothers Run" on Memorial Day Sunday, expecting a Ration-o-Crap about it (they're 90% HDers). Kept right up with an old friend on his 111 cu in Indian, but noticed a wee bit of wallowing in a couple of the tighter turns. My 2007 has about 9500 miles, and I am a fairly light load @ 160 lbs + clothes & gear.

If I read your reply correctly, you have a pair of "take off" adjustable shocks for sale?

Here are the ones I got, and a cheaper version
YSS Rear Shocks for Yamaha Majesty 400 RACING [TB220-415P-01-85] - $159.97 : Scooterpartsco.com not because I race, but because I like the red. This is where I got my malossi clutch and bell after the stock clutch broke a shoe.
YSS Rear Shocks for Yamaha Majesty 400 [TD220-415P-01-X] - $119.97 : Scooterpartsco.com seem like a great deal.
I also have YSS Shocks on my Silverwing, mainly because they are the only shocks I could find for it. And they have held up well.
