We had a really great day here today in East Kentucky. The temperature hit 75 degrees and I motored out to enjoy a 90 mile (round trip) excursion. A slow DELIBERATE ride which I, as someone said on this forum, "savored like fine wine". It was a joy.
I visited the small Eastern Kentucky town of Seco. In it's heyday, it had a population of 6,000 residents. But after mining ceased in 1956, the population began to shrink. Today, there are 130 folks living there.
I posted a few pictures in the Gallery. Hope you enjoy them.
