I know of a Majesty for sale that has only 8100 miles on it but it's the 2007 year model. The seller is asking $5400 for it. I know it's got low miles but it is also more than 15 years old. What would you consider to be a reasonable offer if you were to purchase it in cash? I was thinking of making a $3000 offer. Would that be too much or too little?

Way too much. If it is perfect, maintained, and has new tires. etc. 3500.00. to 4000.00. I have a friend who just sold his with 2000 miles for 3800.
