I have pulled the variator to pieces to check the assembly (no ridge) as well as the clutch. The rollers look good - slight wear but no flat spots. Clutch is good. Thinking of going to 14g rollers (maybe Dr Pulley)- currently OEM 15g - any thoughts?
One thing I should have done before I stripped it, was a compression test. I'll do that when it is back together if the problem persists.
