2014 Majesty 400
took it out for a spin, when slowed down to a stop it started to choke and shut off.
after few restarts it died. Cranked but no start. Got it home, replaced the entire fuel pump assembly, still with new pump bike cranks wont start. Pump works I can hear it, but it wont start?
any ideas what else can be wrong ?

Ignition requires four things: Fuel. Air. Spark. Compression.

I would check the three you haven't mentioned.

If this is the scoot you advertised with only 650 miles, you might not yet have blocked air filters, but they do get dirty fast due to their location. If those 650 miles were on dirt roads, I'd pull the filters and check/replace. You certainly could have a failing spark, which could be plug, plug wire, or coil. And a compression check is worthwhile if you're pulling the plug.

Also, at about 70 miles of use per year, you're more likely to have a mouse nest in an air intake than any other problem. It won't hurt to check those air boxes.

The pump may be running, but is it pumping fuel? Is there rust in the tank? Make sure the lines are good. Is it showing any codes or the engine light on or flashing? I sent you more to your conversations.

No codes, no check engine light nothing. I checked the tank, zero rust thing is like new.
checked the lines, all clean, fuel is being pumped.
