You'll find that the one screw to access the diaphram virtually impossible to get at. Use a hole saw (1/2"or 3/4") to drill through the heavy aluminum cross brace right over that screw. It will not weaken the brace, either. Be sure to cover the engine with capture all of the chips. Magnetize the screwdriver so you don't drop the screw, and you can get access to the diaphram easily. No need to remove much of anything.

Still there-but only in the summer. I sold the last of my Majestys a few years ago, but still have my Morphous there.

 

Hola me pasó algo parecido en mi Majesty 2006. Cambie diagrama ya que tenía 2 rajas y seguía igual sin fuerza. Y al final fue el sensor de posición del acelerador TPS. Revisalo por si acaso ya que estás en el carburador. Este problema casi me volvió loco. Espero te sirva. Un saludo desde España.
